I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was very nice, right in the heart of the city. The hotel facilities were great, with a comfortable room that was exactly like the pictures. Everything was super clean, from the room to the shower. The complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

I recently had a marvelous stay in a great location. The elegant hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, away from the tourist rip-off restaurants in the city center. The room was exactly like the pictures, super clean, and had a comfortable bed. The staff was helpful and kind, providing suggestions for restaurants and giving us maps. The breakfast was not included, but we had cappuccinos at the restaurant across the street, right on the Republica square. the hotel is very close to the train station, making it convenient for us to walk to and from.
There was a slight problem with the pillows being too soft, but everyone has different preferences.

The location was unbeatable, just a stone's throw away from all the central piazzas and attractions. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with great sun shades to regulate the light. We were really surprised by the free water provided daily. the administrator was helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist us.
